I served this at our Luau and was swamped with requests for the recipe. Smooth and creamy, this will become your new favorite summer BBQ side go to!

Hi there
Thanks so much for the Ono Macaroni Potato Salad recipe.
I have a question…
The recipe says to chop the egg whites. Are these supposed to be cooked, because I’m not sure how I would chop an egg white.
Appreciate your help.
Thanks
Barry

Hi Barry,
Great question. Yes, the egg whites are supposed to be chopped. Best of luck on the lunch!
