Breakfast Recipes for a Large Group

Easy Delicious Breakfasts Menus & Recipes for your next Crowd

When you’re fixing lunch or dinner for a lot of folks you have plenty of time prior to serving for prep and cooking.  But unless you want to get up before the roosters, breakfast for a crowd is a different story.  These large group breakfast recipes have been specifically chosen to avoid a 4 AM wake up call.  Many of these recipes can be made several days before and simply prepped or heated prior to serving.  And best of all – everyone will love them!

I’ve made these breakfasts many times for multiple church Youth Conferences (serving 230 to 315), Girls Camps, church Seminary classes, Graduation Party Breakfasts and neighborhood supper clubs (nothing beats breakfast for dinner).  They’re perfect for your next crowd of 5 or 500.

These recipes are especially youth-friendly.  They are designed to be very easy meals to prepare and serve.  In fact, most of these recipes can be assigned out to volunteers to make in advance.   The easily assignable recipes are marked with * below.  If I’m cooking for more than 30 – 40, I often ask multiple volunteers to help me prepare these in advance and bring to the event.  Many hands…
